Chef Kurt West training was at The Hospitality Institute of Trinidad and Tobago.  He graduated with many honors including Best Baking Dessert and Best Event Planning.

Following his graduation, his internship was at the Trinidad Hilton Hotel and Penny Pinchers Catering.  And he received extra cake decorating training with Theresa Sealy, one of Trinidad’s top cake decorators.

In Toronto, Chef West held positions at upscale restaurants before establishing his own catering and cake company. He now lives in St. Maarten, and we wish him the best!
