Sweet classic recipe to add to wedding desserts.

Pineapple Sherbet Treat.

If you are looking for wedding menu desserts. A sweet classic sherbet is a good choice. It can be served at dinners, showers and receptions.

The recipe is by Chef Gisele Perez. Who grew up in New Orleans. The dish brings back fond memories of times she spent with her Aunt Leticia.

“Summers in New Orleans were steamy. Enough to immediately fog up my glasses when I stepped outside. But there were plenty of treats to keep us cool” Chef Perez explains.

“My favorite summer treat was my Aunt Leticia’s homemade pineapple sherbet. We would sit outside under a shady tree and eat this delicious dessert. And feel the heat melt away.”
