NIGHT BEFORE YOUR WEDDING.
• If you have used them before and know that they work on your teeth. Apply a store bought whitening strip to the top and bottom teeth. Most require use for a week or more to see the full effects. In many cases teeth appear whiter after just one application.

• Today many mouthwashes have whitening properties for teeth care. When used after a whitening strip and before brushing.

• After brushing take the wet toothbrush and stroke it lightly over the lips a few times for great exfoliation.

• Finally make sure to use a moisturizing lip balm to guarantee the exfoliated lips do not dry out. This will ease makeup application in the morning.

TEETH CARE BEFORE THE CEREMONY.

• Most brides can not brush their teeth right before they walk down the aisle. A very effective alternative is gargling a few times with mouthwash.

• Another option is to pop in a piece of sugar-free gum for a few seconds.

• Always opt for sugar-free varieties. Sugar actually causes more odors. Remember to spit out the gum before heading down the aisle.

Throughout your reception your teeth care will matter.

• A lot of companies offer portable whitening applicators that are great for weddings.

• Another highly effective way for brides to have pleasant breath is by chewing on a sprig of parsley. It is especially helpful in masking the aroma of garlic and onion. An alternative option is to chew on the piece of mint garnishing a Mojito drink.

• Brides should remember to drink lots of water. The water will flush their mouths of any bacteria. Also stray particles of food to provide necessary hydration.

Tips for Food & Wine teeth care.
Rich coffee, red wine and candy treats will take its toll on your teeth care. Here are more tips on how to keep your teeth white and bright.

• White wine can actually stain teeth worse than red wine. It is the high acidity in white wine that make teeth more susceptible to stain from the tea and coffee. And anything else you eat or drink at the same time that has color.

• Typical teeth stainers are ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, spaghetti sauce and all berries.

• Drinking water in between sips of white wine while eating colored foods will help offset the effect of the stains.

• One of the best natural whiteners is strawberries. The malic acid in strawberries act as an astringent to remove surface discoloration.

Teeth Care not only for your Wedding Day, but every day.

A Timeless Smile.
Teeth Care Wedding Day Smiles for Brides and Grooms. Thanks to new techniques and technology modern dentistry is no longer about the dreadful experience of getting a tooth pulled. But a luxury as rewarding and invigorating as a spa treatment.

You no longer have to spend endless time going to the dentist to repair old restorations. New technology keeps your smile looking fresh and radiant longer.

Today more people are turning to their dentist for a Smile Makeover.

The latest dental breakthrough is known as Neuromuscular Dentistry. This system takes into account the position and movement of the jaw.

It allows the dentist to create crowns and veneers that are in the correct position in accordance with your bite.

Often patients are relieved of jaw, back, neck muscle pain and chronic headaches. Additionally optimal bite positioning keeps crowns and veneers from wearing or breaking from an uneven bite.

It is important to make sure your dentist is experienced. And has been educated in the field of cosmetic dentistry. A wide arrangement of cosmetic procedures include teeth whitening and porcelain restorations.

So how can you tell if you are going to the right dentist? Do your homework. Your teeth care is in your best interest.

There are many different types of materials, restorations and techniques. They not only complement facial features but are healthy and long-lasting.

Is the dentist a specialist in the cosmetic dentistry field? Has the dentist completed continuing education to be up-to-date on modern methods of cosmetic dentistry?

Does your dentist have pictures and examples of cases they have successfully performed?

Does your dentist customize shape, size and color of your veneers. To ensure your smile looks natural and complements your complexion?

Does your dentist have the ability to make your smile both beautiful and advantageous?

Teeth Care by your dentist can fix your Smiles from the Inside.

When preparing for your wedding there are several items to consider. If you need dental adjustments you will be pleased to know there is a new teeth straightening treatment that offers adults the difference between inside and traditional braces. And a way to discreetly correct harmful dental issues.

On her wedding day Karen pictured above wore Inside Braces when she and Dwayne Mitchell were married in 2006.

Toronto orthodontist Dr. Paul Ling has pioneered Inside Braces. It is a new invisible technique that is a reverse way of straightening teeth where the braces are applied behind the teeth that is undetectable to anyone.

Brides- or grooms-to-be can straighten their smile inconspicuously. And get all the benefits of a facelift with only a portion of the cost. Standard length of time for wearing the braces are approximately one-and-a-half years. Visit www.insidebraces.ca.
