Isabelle Armstrong line features dresses for receptions.
Luxury bridal design house Isabelle Armstrong presented their Fall 2016 collection during New York Bridal Week.
We choose a few of the twenty-seven gowns in the collection to show you. The dresses ranged from the beautifully draped silks and delicate laces to the boldly colored statement piece show above.
Several of the dress ideas can be used for your reception dress or to take on your honeymoon.
The bridal design house drew inspiration from the movie Dior and I. The film highlights the behind the scenes process of the development of a couture collection. And focuses on Dior’s original vision of elegant and sophisticated design. You might want to check it out if you are looking for a dress along the Dior lines.
“We love the creativity of couture fashion and appreciate the beauty of old world, classic design,” says Isabelle Armstrong President, Remy Quinones. “The overall theme of this collection celebrates timeless glamour and sophistication. We believe that elegance is the new sexy.”
Emphasizing their theme of classic glamour, the company hosted its runway show at the Plaza Athénée Hotel. It is one of New York’s most sophisticated venues.
The Fall 2016 bridal collection gowns retail from $4,000 to 12,000. The gowns are sold at Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Saks Fifth Avenue.
Bridal Trends from the Isabelle Armstrong camp to remember when you are shopping for your gown.
• Bye Bye Blush. It is all about new colors. Icy Blue and Peach are reigning supreme.
• The Cold Shoulders. They are being dressed to the nines this season.
• Cool Tulle. Forget, old, overdone, stodgy tulle ball gowns.
• All in the Details. The beading, sequins, laser cut leather and embellishments.
Just over two years old, Isabelle Armstrong is making waves on the bridal scene. Their newest announcement from them is the launch of their eveningwear collection.
