The Pavilion At The Vintage Estate, a multi-million dollar 16,000-square-foot outdoor event facility on The Vintage Estate in Yountville, 45 miles north of San Francisco, is one of the most spacious and largest capacity outdoor event catering venue in Napa Valley, and can accommodate over 1,000 people for a reception-style event with one-of-a-kind on-site catering for wine dinners, and social events.

The Pavilion’s classic California-style dual garden design features a central flowing watercourse and open spaces bordered by evergreen elm and flowering magnolia trees. Two adjoining gardens offer distinctively beautiful settings. The West Garden, with a bridal path and wedding arbor can host 570 guests for a wedding ceremony, 700 guests for a reception and 400 guests for a formal plated lunch and dinner. The East Garden is perfect for more intimate functions, or as an adjunct to the West Garden for larger events. The verdant garden can accommodate 320 guests for a ceremony, 450 guests for a reception and 220 guests for an exquisitely plated lunch and dinner.

The Vintage Estate uses Perfect Endings (www.perfectendings.com) for their wedding cakes, pictured, who also created cakes for Eva Longoria and Tony Parker, and Usher’s weddings.
