SNL STAR JIMMY FALLON WEDS NECKER ISLAND, December 29 ... Saturday Night Live star Jimmy Fallon, 33, and movie producer Nancy Juvonen, 40, were married on Necker Island, Sir Richard Branson's private island (Virgin Records) in the Caribbean. Family and close friends attended. The couple met when Fallon was cast opposite Drew Barrymore in the 2005 movie Fever Pitch produced Flower Films, a production company owned by Juvonen and Barrymore. GREY'S ANATOMY KATHERINE HEIGL WEDS PARK CITY, Utah, December 23 ...White candles, flowers and snow were the setting for Katherine Heigl and musician Josh Kelley's wedding when they were married in a heated tent during a 30-minute ceremony officiated by a Unitarian minister, outside the Stein Eriksen Lodge.  OK! magazine, left, reported that Katherine wore a stunning Oscar de la Renta silhouette gown with a small cap and veil that just covered her hair in the front.   Blue-and-purple lighting lit the wedding tent that was decorated in large white drapes and silver chairs were covered with white cushions on a white carpet. Their wedding cake was a three-tiered white chocolate and lemon curd cake, made by local bakery Ambrosia.   Guests were a small group of family and friends including Heigl's Grey's Anatomy cast members Sandra Oh, Kate Walsh (Private Practice), and T.R.Knight who was part of her bridal party attended.   The bride and groom met when she was cast in his 2005 music video Only You. He later wrote Katie's Song for her before they were engaged in June. Kelley gave Heigl a 3-carat, pear-shaped diamond flanked by pave diamonds designed by jeweler Ryan Ryan, pictured right. GOOGLE BILLIONAIRE WEDS NECKER ISLAND, December 8 ... Google co-founder billionaire Larry Page, 34, married Lucinda "Lucy" Southworth, 27, a student at Stratford with a masters degree from Oxford, on Sir Richard Branson's exclusive Necker Island in the Caribbean. Branson was also Page's best man. Google hired the 74-acre island and took over hotels on nearby islands for the three-day nuptials. The 300 guests who included U2singer Bono, were sworn to secrecy and flown in from around the world on private jets and then taken to the island by boat and helicopter. A white marquee was built on the shoreline for the reception where workers were seen adding sand to the beach and placing fake palm trees to give it an authentic tropical look. The Red Hot Chili Peppers played at the reception. With tight security the paparazzi had to get pictures via a Google Earth satellite image! BACKSTREET HOWIE D WEDS ORLANDO, Fla. December 8 ... Backstreet Boy bandmates attended the wedding of Backstreet Howie Dorough, 34, when he married Leigh Boniello at St. James Cathedral in a traditional Catholic ceremony. Known as Howie D in the group, he proposed to his girlfriend of six years last year. The couple met in 2000, when Boniello, a film-exec-turned-real-estate-broker, was working as the Backstreet Boys' Webmaster.   Their wedding guests included his bandmates, Brian Littrell, Nick Carter, A.J. McLean and Kevin Richardson, who left the group last year, Deborah Gibson and Chris Kirkpatrick from 'N Sync. When the newlyweds left the church butterflies were released before they rode away in a horse carriage to the mansion where the reception was held. They also provided bus transportation for all of their guests so that nobody would have to drink and drive. The couple made their grand entrance at their reception in a helicopter landing right in front of the mansion where the cocktail hour was being served.   The dinner menu was tenderloin of beef, and a halibut with a lemon zest, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, and vegetables on the side. Vegetarians enjoyed eggplant, mozzarella, and roasted red peppers. Their first dance was to Endless Love that they both sang with Howie singing the Diana Ross part and his bride, who has a lower voice, singing the Lional Richie part!   Their stress was Howie losing his passport two days before their wedding. His management company got it replaced in a day. The couple had wanted to go to Africa and Greece for a month but because of Howie's touring schedule with the Backstreet Boys, they went to Antigua for three days. Former Happy Days star Scott Baio, has married his longtime girlfriend Renee Sloan, in a small religious ceremony took place on the rooftop of a luxury high-rise building. Canadian actress Pamela Anderson, 40, and Rick Salomon, 38, were married in-between the 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. shows of Hans Klok's the Beauty of Magic at the Planet Hollywood resort, in which she is performing as a magician's assistant. The former Baywatch star wore a white denim Valentino dress, left.   It is reported in OK! magazine that Salomon, organized the entire ceremony in a private VIP villa with a private entrance at The Mirage. The villa was decorated in white roses, with petals scattered around the fountain which stood as the centrepiece for the ceremony with bottles of Cristal champagne lined up by the altar for post-"I do" toasting, a four-tier wedding cake with “Pam & Rick” written on it, and above it all, the chandeliers were decked out with paper doves.   The 10 minute Vegas style ceremony started as Pam and her escort strode down the aisle to Sade’s By Your Side. The vows were relatively traditional, except they did not exchange rings, but each said “I do.” The 40 guests, included Tobey Maguire (Spider-Man) and Ethan Suplee (My Name is Earl).   Anderson was married to musician Tommy Lee and singer Kid Rock. Salomon was married to actress Shannen Doherty and is Paris Hilton's boyfriend on the infamous videotape. ROCK & SPORTS VANCOUVER, September 29 ... Punk rocker Bif Naked, and Vancouver Sun sportswriter Ian Walker were married at St. Andrews Wesley United Church.   The bride, whose real name is Beth Torbert, wore a cream-coloured mini-dress with a detachable skirt, a pink veil and a long train. She was escorted down the aisle by her father, Kenneth Torbert, of Prince Albert, Sask.   Walker's parents, Gillian and Eric Walker, are both Salvation Army ministers, read from the Bible.   The traditional wedding ceremony included the couple sealing their bond with tattoos. Naked has had Walker's signature tattooed on her arm while Walker has a stylized B emblazoned on his hip.   Their reception was held at a Vancouver Indian restaurant.   Bif Naked, is a poet and spoken word artist, who played with punk bands Gorilla Gorilla and Chrome Dog before going solo. Her latest album is Superbeautiful Monster. She is heavily tattooed with Buddhist and Hindu poetry, symbols of the Tao and an Egyptian eye of Horus. Torbert, was adopted in India by American missionaries and later raised in Winnipeg, She was married once before.   Walker, 34, was born in Smiths Falls, Ont. He and first made eye contact with Torbert at a martial arts event he was covering for the the Vancouver Sun where she was the MC. They later met while working out at the same gym and started dating. He has never seen Bif Naked's stage act, but now she plans to take him on tour. DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES ACTOR WEDS LOS ANGELES, September 22 ... Desperate Housewives actor Ricardo Chavira married his girlfriend, Marcea Dietzel, in a private ceremony in San Antonio where he is from. The couple have a 4-year-old son, Tomas, who acted as best man and ring bearer. After the ceremony, the couple attended their son's soccer game instead of having a reception.   Chavira plays Carlos Solis on the ABC show whose ex-wife Gabrielle, is played by Eva Longoria. TOBEY (SPIDER-MAN) MAGUIRE WEDS HAWAII, September 1 ... Actor Tobey Maguire (Spider-man right) and jewellery designer Jennifer Meyer were married in a sunset ceremony in Kona in front of a small group of family and friends including actor Leonardo Dicaprio. The couple announced their engagement last year and have a daughter. Along with Spider-man, Maguire also starred in Seabiscuit and Wonder Boys. Meyer is the daughter of Ron Meyer, president and chief operating officer of Universal Studios. GREY’S STAR KATE WALSH OJAI, CA, September 1 ... Former Grey’s Anatomy star Kate Walsh (Dr. Addison Montgomery) and movie executive Alex Young were married in a sunset ceremony at California's Ojai Presbyterian Church in the resort town just north of Los Angeles. The 39-year-old bride  wore a custom-made gown by Monique Lhuillier along with diamond and platinum earrings from jeweller Neil Lane, who also designed the couple's hand made wedding bands. The reception was at the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa in the Inn’s Casa Elar, a Spanish-style estate, where the pool was covered to accommodate approximately 100 guests.
